Today we work with the leading manufacturers of Wireless Ethernet to Serial devices such as DIGI, Quatech , and Moxa to provide a cost effective solution to our customers.  Like all our hardware we only use hardware that has passed our Serial Com Test utility and will perform any Shop Floor Network task demanded of it.

Many of our competitors will use devices that they know will not “drip feed” because they hope most of you will never need to “drip feed” your machines and they cost less.  The problem with this comes with why the units will not ‘drip feed’; it is in most cases an inability of the units to ‘handshake’ with the controls correctly.  Which will result in “Buffer Overruns”, which will cause your machine to alarm out, resulting in lost time, scraped parts, and broken tools?  If the device will not handshake correctly as to be able to drip feed then it can not handshake correctly to just load programs into your control either.  How do they “make” them work? By slowing down the transmission, and adding line delays all of which ads up to costing you time and money in the long run.  You will find that our hardware has one of the lowest costs of ownership of any device on the market.
